AI consultant · Nashville, Tennessee
AI consulting for Nashville businesses.
I'm Zack Massey, an AI consultant based in Nashville. I work with owners in Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Hendersonville and the rest of Middle Tennessee, in person or over video. I find where AI would save your team real time, then build it with you. The first call is free and takes 20 minutes.

Why local matters
-
I can be in the room.
A working session goes better at your table than on a screen. Half a day at your office in Franklin or a conference room downtown, with the people who do the work.
-
Training happens where your team works.
If your people need to learn the tools, I'd rather teach it at their desks, on their own laptops, with their own files. That's where it sticks.
-
I know what this town runs on.
Nashville runs on music, hospitality, healthcare and real estate. I've spent twenty years in the first one. The others share its problems: tight schedules, lots of people, and the same details typed into three different places.
Where I work
Middle Tennessee, in person.
Meetings in person around Middle Tennessee or over video. Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro and Hendersonville are all an easy drive.
Outside the area? Everything works over video too. See how I work with businesses anywhere in the US.
What happens after you write
- 01
We talk for 20 minutes. On the phone, on video, or in person if you're close. You tell me what's eating your week, and I tell you whether AI can help.
- 02
You get a written plan. A fixed scope and a fixed price before anything starts. Usually a half-day working session, a build project, or ongoing advice.
- 03
I build it in your accounts. Documented in plain English, so your team can run it after I leave.
Who you'd be working with
One person, based here.
Fourteen years at iHeartRadio. Creative Director for Luke Combs since 2020. Founder of Black Label Creative. I live in Nashville and I build my own software with AI every day, so the advice comes from things I've tried, including the ones that didn't work.
You won't get handed to a junior. It's me on the call and me in the room.
Questions from Nashville owners
Do you offer in-person AI training in Nashville?
Yes. I run working sessions and team training in person anywhere around Nashville and Middle Tennessee. It's usually half a day at your office, with your team on their own laptops and your own files.
Can you train my team on-site?
Yes, and I'd rather. People learn a tool faster at their own desk, on the work they actually do, than in a webinar. I leave written notes behind so nobody has to remember it all.
Which parts of Middle Tennessee do you cover in person?
Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Hendersonville and the towns in between. Further out works too; we can talk about it on the first call.
What does it cost?
It depends on the work, so there's no price list. The first call is free. If there's a paid next step, I'll put the scope, fee and payment terms in writing before anything starts.
I'm not technical. Is that a problem?
No. If you can tell me how your week goes, that's enough. I explain everything in plain English and leave written notes so your team isn't stuck waiting on me.
Do you only work with Nashville businesses?
No. I work remotely with owners anywhere in the US. Local businesses just get the option of having me in the room.
Tell me about your business.
Tell me a little about your business. It comes straight to me, not a sales team.
