What you can do with what's here
The writing, videos, guides, photos and logos on this site are mine. You're welcome to read them, share links to them, and quote short parts with a link back. Please don't republish whole posts or guides, or sell them.
The bios, headshots and logos on the press page are there to be used for coverage, podcasts and event listings.
Free guides and templates
Free PDFs and templates are for your own use and your own business. Use them, change them, share them with your team. Don't resell them.
It's information, not professional advice
What I write here is my honest view, based on what I've seen and built. It isn't legal, financial, tax or security advice, and it isn't a promise of results in your business. AI tools change quickly, so something that was true when I wrote it may not be true when you read it. Check before you rely on it.
Consulting work
The free 20-minute call carries no obligation on either side. Paid consulting work is covered by a written agreement with its own scope and payment terms. That agreement, not this page, sets the terms of the work.
Paid products
If you buy something on this site, the product page tells you what you get. Payment goes through Stripe. If something you bought doesn't arrive or isn't what the page described, tell me.
If you join the list, you can leave any time with the unsubscribe link in every email. See the privacy page for what I collect and how to have it deleted.
Links to other sites
I link to tools and sites I think are useful. I don't control them and I'm not responsible for what they do. Unless I say so, nobody pays me for a link.
Don't break things
Please don't try to break the site, flood the forms, scrape the email list, or use the forms to send spam. I'll block anyone who does.
The legal bits
The site is provided as it is. I work to keep it accurate and running, but I can't guarantee it will always be either. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for losses that come from using it.
Changes
If these terms change, I'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means you're fine with the new version.
