AI consulting for business owners.
I help business owners, independent artists, management companies and labels figure out where AI actually saves time and money, and what to do first. Plain English, no hype, and you don't need to be technical.

Sound familiar?
These show up in almost every business. All of it is fixable.
- You know AI matters, but you don't know where to start.
- You tried ChatGPT and got generic mush back.
- Your team spends hours a week on the same tasks.
- Vendors keep pitching "AI tools" and you can't tell what's real.
How it works
- 01
A free 20-minute call.
You tell me how the business or project runs and what's eating your week. I'll tell you honestly whether AI can help, and where I'd start. No slides, no pitch, and nothing to upload.
- 02
Pick the right next step.
It depends on what we find. If there's paid work, you get the scope, fee and payment terms in writing before anything starts. It might be one of these:
- Outside opportunity assessment
- I look at the business from the outside, ask questions and tell you where I think AI could save time. No internal data needed.
- Strategic advice
- Help deciding what to build, buy or skip. No vendor pays me.
- Implementation planning
- A written plan for the first change worth making: what, in what order, and who does it.
- Custom internal tools
- Where it makes sense, I build the tool or workflow myself.
- Ongoing advisory
- Regular check-ins, where we both agree it would help.
- 03
Go deeper only if it makes sense.
If we both want to dig in, we'll agree on what information or access is actually needed first. Anything I build for you comes with plain-English notes, so your team isn't stuck waiting on me.
The kind of thing we'd build
Boring problems, solved for good.
- inbox to organized leads
New inquiries get read, sorted and drafted a reply before you open your email.
- notes to proposals
Call notes turn into a first-draft proposal in your format, ready for you to edit.
- spreadsheets to answers
Ask your sales or ops data a question in plain English and get a straight answer.
Examples of the type of work, not past client results.
Who you'd be working with
Not a consultant who learned AI last year.
I've spent twenty years in music and media. Fourteen at iHeartRadio across programming, content and digital. Creative Director for Luke Combs since 2020. Founder of Black Label Creative. Nominated for a 2025 CMA Touring Award.
These days I build my own software with AI, every day. So when I tell you what will work in your business, it's because I've done it in mine, including the parts that didn't work.
Questions people ask
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can tell me how your week goes, that's enough. I handle the technical side and explain it in plain English.
What does it cost?
It depends on the work, so there's no price list. The first call is free. If there's a paid next step, I'll put the scope, fee and payment terms in writing before anything starts.
Do you only work with music companies?
No. I work with owners in any industry, independent artists, management companies, labels and people across the music business. If one of my companies is a better fit, I'll tell you.
Which AI tools do you use?
Whatever fits the job, and often something you already pay for. No vendor pays me, so sometimes my answer is that you don't need a new tool at all.
Will my data be safe?
I don't need access to your internal data to get started. I can look at your business from the outside, ask questions, and identify areas I think could work better. If you want me to dig deeper, we'll discuss what information or access is actually necessary before you share anything. There's no reason to hand over your company's data just to have an initial conversation.
Do you work with businesses outside Nashville?
Yes. I work remotely with businesses anywhere in the US, and in person around Middle Tennessee.
How fast can we start?
Start dates depend on my current commitments and the project. After our first conversation, I'll give you a realistic window. I aim to begin within a couple of weeks, but I won't guarantee that.
Let's talk it through.
Tell me a little about your business. It comes straight to me, not a sales team.
- 01You send a few lines. No reports, documents or logins.
- 02I read it and reply personally with a couple of times.
- 03We talk for 20 minutes, free. No pitch. If AI isn't the answer, I'll say so.
