This is the plan, not the build
The $999 covers the diagnosis and the plan. It doesn't include custom software, crm or erp integration work, website rebuilds, data migrations, a required retainer.
If the plan turns up something worth building, I'll quote it separately, once we both know what the problem actually is.
Simple process. Straight answers.
I read your business first
I go through your website and write up how I think the company runs, before I ask you anything. If you've already done the free Checkup, that part is done.
You fill in what I couldn't
I skip anything I already know and ask only what changes the answer. How often something happens, who signs off, what must never be automated. About ten minutes.
I build your Action Plan
I map how the work runs today, work out how I'd run it instead, and decide what to buy, connect, build, or leave alone. If something important is missing, I'll come back and ask.
I read it before you do
Nothing reaches you that I haven't gone through myself. I'm not sending you a document I haven't read.
You decide what happens next
Take the plan and do it yourself, or ask me to quote the work. Nothing else is required. Some plans say straight out that you don't need me.
Where the numbers come from
If there's a number in your plan, you see where it came from and the math behind it. If you gave me a rough figure, it says so. I don't treat your guess as a fact.
Where there isn't enough to price something honestly, the plan says so instead of making a number up. Time saved is described as time, not money, unless headcount or overtime would actually change.
THE WORTH-IT GUARANTEE
If I can't find enough credible opportunity to justify the $999, you shouldn't have paid me. I'll refund it.
I won't invent savings numbers or pad the plan to make it look impressive. Sometimes the right answer is to leave something alone.
How this actually gets made
I use my own software to do the heavy lifting. Reading the site, mapping the workflow, laying out the options. Then I go through all of it and decide what I actually believe before it goes to you. I don't send plans I haven't read.
That judgement is what you're paying for. What's worth doing, and what isn't.
